We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our Sales team. This role is key to driving sustainable growth by expanding existing business and developing new opportunities across international markets.
The ideal candidate combines a strong commercial mindset with creativity and strategic thinking, and is able to build long-term relationships with clients while navigating complex stakeholder environments. You will play a critical role in strengthening our presence in markets where we currently operate and identifying new growth opportunities where our footprint is limited.
This position requires a high level of ownership, resilience, and a hands-on attitude, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across internal teams such as Portfolio, Quality, Legal, Regulatory, and Commercial functions. A strong connection with the Polpharma ecosystem and understanding of industrial pharmaceutical business models will be highly valued.
